I like these photos because their is multiple colors and you can see exactly what the people are doing.

I picked these pots because i like how the positioned themselves in the perfect spot to fit what they are doing or how they are doing it.

I liked these because its so simple and it is focused on one person instead of multiple.

-I will be shooting family members and friends outside next to a tree or a bench and i will try to use as many rules of photography to make my photo successful.

I felt very sad and i felt very bad and sad for her.
2. The photographer said this: "These photographs do not define us, but they are us." What do you think about this comment now that you have looked at the photos?
I think that it means something more to the photographer than a stranger who just reads it because this phrase could have been something that kept her going.
3. Do you think you could shoot photos like this if you were in this situation?
I don't think i could shoot photos like this if i were in this situation.
4. If you could write Angelo a letter, what would you say to him?
I would say that his photos are amazing and really tell a story of what she went through and what he went through.

Which set of images was the most powerful? Why?
-I thought the the most powerful images were from where he was in iraq because you could see that he is scared.
How do the images work together to tell a story?
-They work together because they are in chronological order so you know what he goes through over time.
E. For the photos in which Ian is the main subject of the photos, in what tense are the verbs usually written?
-The verbs are in present tense.
For those of you who have forgotten your verb tenses see the example below.
Present Tense: John jumps down the stairs.
Past Tense: John jumped down the stairs.
F. How do the captions enhance the photographs?
-The captions help to tell the story as it moves on.
Now go on to Part Two and Part Three - look at each photo and read the captions. There are additional images that were not part of the slideshow, be sure to pay attention to those images.
G. Summarize the story of Ian Fisher, based just on the captions.
-Ian was a big guy who was very close to his friends and got into trouble a lot. He was drowning in school and it was very hard for him so he decided to join the army. When he joined it was very hard for him to leave his family and friends behind.
